At Big Brothers Big Sisters of West Central Ohio, we create life-changing, one-to-one mentoring relationships that empower youth to reach their full potential. Our community-based and school-based mentoring programs provide children facing adversity with strong, enduring, and supportive relationships with caring adult mentors. 

Our impact is profound and measurable. Youth who are matched with a mentor in our program show improved academic performance, increased self-confidence, and stronger social skills. They are more likely to graduate from high school, avoid risky behaviors, and develop positive relationships. By matching "Bigs" and "Littles," we foster a culture of opportunity, where children can see beyond their current circumstances to brighter futures.
